I found Mr. Donny Short via the Nextdoor app..he was fairly recommended so I decided to give things a shot and I am glad I did. My unit went out Wednesday evening. I called Mr. Short that same night and he came out the next morning at 6am. He explained his steps to me and gave a detailed description of my unit. The steps he would take to fix the problem and get me back up and running. The only downfall was that I had to wait until my part was delivered on Monday before we could get start. That was something beyond his control. He was very professional and timely. He even showed me how to access my filter. I highly recommend him!
